Classes Added - More Structured Course
When
we started salsa classes in Thousand Oaks,
we started with two classes: Beginning/Novice
and Intermediate. This simple two-levels system
is a challenge when levels of dancers in one
class are vastly different; e.g. upper novice/new
intermediate students and upper-intermediate
students in one class.
My goal was to re-structure the class and
provide subdivided levels as soon as I have
enough people to do so. And now is the time!
You now have new classes on Wednesday and
subdivided levels of classes!
This change offers you not only additional
days you can come to take classes but also
systematic, efficient and effective ways to
learn salsa dancing. Please come and join
the fun - you already know how fun salsa dancing
is!
Beginnners & Novice A
For "Absolute beginners" and lower
novice student.
Novice B
Prerequisite: Beginners & Novice A
or equivalent
Intermediate A
Prerequisite: Novice B or equivalent
Intermediate B
Prerequisite: Intermdiate A or equivalent
If you are a beginner or have taken less
than 15 beginning level in last 8 weeks, please
attend Beginning & Novice A. If you feel
that you are upper level, please email
me to take an assessment with me. It is
likely to be on Wednesday 6pm in Thousand
Oaks studio.
