FAQ: Why change the schedule?
Why change the schedule? Well, let's talk
about what "Odd Saturday" is. Odd
Saturday focuses on (1) promoting dance in
general (2) support local dance venues and
dance professionals (3) having fun and learning!
So we take turns in choosing what dance we
are going to learn and where we are going
to meet. Currently we are focusing on San
Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley (with sprinkle
of Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Clarita).
The current dance we are focusing on is Casino
Rueda (Salsa, Cuban Salsa, Salsa Rueda).
This weekend we have so many dancing going
on right in our backyard! And they are GOOD
boot camps. So to support them and for us
to learn and hav fun without losing our focus,
we are meeting at the boot camps held this
weekend!
We will be back with "regularly scheduled
programme." So have fun this weekend
at the boot camps, then watch your email box
for next gathering!

Your donation does not go into my pocket. It stays

the goal amount we set for the next project. Thank
you in advance for your support! |

ONE-DAY WORKSHOP & BOOT CAMP
Workshops and boot camps average $85 to $150
per day. A few excellent instructors and promoters
offer a lot lower rate in spite of their skills and
experience that's far superior than others who charge
us more. Then it is not difficult for us to guess
that they are not doing what they are doing to make
money.
We want to support dance professionals and venues.
So next time when we organize a workshop, I will make
sure you will still get low tuition rate. And out
of the fund, the honororium will be given to instructors/promoters.
That way, we still get good deals while supporting
them too. |
